Custom-made professional Tahitian skirt in your choice of color combination; two layers of skirt. Option #B: Sewn with a full row of tassels hanging from a decorated band of shell rossettes, mother of pearl tiare flowers and simulated black pearls. Specify skirt and tassel colors as well as hip measurement. Can also be made with the artificial Tahitian skirt (T1A) Any special instructions can be included in the MEMO section at checkout NOTE: When shipping any item with a shell internationally, the US Fish and Wildlife inspection certificate fee is $103 per shipment. This fee is charged for every shipment, whether it includes 1 shell, or 100 shells, the fee is always $103. This fee will be automatically added to your total ONLY when shipping to any address outside of the United States. This fee applies to loose shells, as well as all items with shell embellishments, such as costumes and jewelry. For orders containing multiple items with shells, the $103 fee is only charged only once per shipment. THIS IS A SPECIAL ORDER ITEM.
