The ʻuliʻuli is a traditional Hawaiian hula implement made from the laʻamia gourd, filled with plastic beads to create a soft, rhythmic sound when shaken. Each feather top is hand-sewn right here in our warehouse, then securely attached using rattan — every step crafted by hand. Standard colors are red feathers on the outside with a yellow center. Size is measured by diameter of the feathers. Keep in mind these are estimtes as each is hand made. Small - about 10" Medium - about 12" Large - about 14" Prices listed are for the standard red/yellow style and are sold as a pair. All ʻuliʻuli will be made with Aloha Hula Supply logo fabric.
